UVA Origin

United Visual Artist's largest responsive LED installation to date, commissioned by The Creators Project took place October 2011, in Brooklyn. A Ten by ten metre cube of LEDs emit varying light patterns, with a network of speakers generating real-time live ominous sounds of an original by Scanner.

Homeplus Virtual Store

South Korea's second largest supermarket chain Homeplus (owned by British retailer Tesco) create an interactive shopping experience using the Seoul subway billboards. Commuters can browse the subway wall 'aisles' and purchase products by scanning the corresponding QR code with their smartphone. The goods can then be ordered to be conveniently delivered to an address for the same day.

aka LHC (Large Hadron Collider) starts colliding beams of photons today in order to create a simulation of a black hole. Scientists at the massive site in outside of Geneva are hoping to find out several unsolved mysteries of the universe.
