Artek 2nd cycle cafe

Make sure to stop by the Artek 2nd cycle cafe in designjunction, at this years London Design Festival. It will give you a chance to see a selection of classic, 2nd cycle Alvar Alto designs, sourced from one of the architect’s landmark buildings the University of Technology, Helsinki. This selection of vintage chairs and tables will be part of the cafe and will also be on sale. Ferdinand & Wells will be providing their fine food and coffee from the premises.

IKEA: Designer Kitchens


A second series of photographs by Carl Keiner for IKEA, this time featuring dinnerware and cookware from the Swedish label. The first series was for Hembakat Är Bäst (Homebaking is best), IKEA's 140 page coffee-table baking book. By Staffan Lamm and Christopher Persson for Forsman & Bodenfors.
