Bruce Davidson: New York Subway 
  
Between 1980-1986 American photographer Bruce Davidson recorded the grimy, graffiti-drenched subway of New York and it's colourful, diverse characters. Photographing outsiders is a theme through his work. previously documenting the civil rights movement  trail and capturing aspects of New York City: the ghetto of East Harlem  in the 60s (100th East Street), Jewish cafeterias, and Central Park in the 90s.
